Wind down for winter during a warming winter yin class with resident Botannix yin yoga teacher Karen Milton Winter is the most yin time of the year. Nature is in her resting season, quiet, withdrawn, deep in the earth, preparing for Spring. A time to slow down, rest, reflect, replenish and go deeper within yourself. This is the perfect time to cultivate and store kidney chi, to nourish the kidneys, whilst balancing out with the urinary bladder (fire and water yin and yang elements).
Join us for a peaceful 2 hour practice that will leave you feeling deeply rested and nourished.
