Join Melanie Mclaughlin from the Yinspace at Botannix yoga studio for a men only night of yin yoga – The Power of Yin Yoga for Men. This masterclass is a well rounded, chilled night of relaxation and regeneration. The session is practical and usable in every day life, with an emphasis on doing the somatic work and intellectual information layered over the top.

Over the 2 hours we will look at the below elements of yin yoga:

How yin yoga is beneficial for men in particular

How and why yin yoga improves all your other activities/sports

How you can be more injury free and less recovery time in other aspects of your life, doing yin yoga

How the breath-work in the yin yoga poses creates mindfulness, allowing you to soften and go deeper into the fascia and connective tissue that support the muscles, tissues and tendons

How to balance the qualities of yin yoga for better health and wellbeing – less stress, anxiety, tightness in your body and mind
