Sadhana – yoga for a daily home practice

Creating a daily home practice is an important rite of passage for every yogi but it can be very challenging. Join me to explore the different practices you can incorporate into your own sadhana, including asana, meditation, chanting and daily intention setting. When you start to practice yoga every day you begin to experience its powerful benefits.

At this workshop that’s suitable for all yogis, you will learn The Magic Ten and Beyond, a series of yogic practices including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, developed by my teacher and Jivamukti co-founder, Sharon Gannon. We’ll begin by honouring Ganesha, the God of beginnings with some chanting, discussion and yoga nidra to finish.
