Lydia Vorona (B.Mus, Grad Dip Ed, Certified MBSR Teacher, iRest® Instructor) is an experienced educator, qualified mindfulness based stress reduction facilitator and an iRest® Yoga Nidra Instructor specialising in trauma and PTSD. With over 20 years experience, Lydia offers a range of specialised courses, workshops and training programmes to teachers and students of all ages within all sectors of the community, corporate settings, healthcare and schools.
This 6 week Mindfulness Meditation course is suitable for complete beginners or anyone who wants to refresh their skills and develop a daily Mindfulness meditation practice.
