Refresh, recharge, and immerse yourself with the ancient teachings of yoga in a 28 day challenge at Botannix Yoga this February.

For 28 days be part of the community (SATSANG), explore, the UPDATED timetable, ADDITIONAL classes, NEW teachers and RECONNECT with existing teachers after the summer/school holidays.

Show up on your mat, journal your experiences and surround yourself with positive energy in a liked-minded community.

  • De-clutter, de-stress and de-toxify the mind, body, breath and spirit.
  • Re-Invigorate, re-energise, re-connect to give clarity, strength and focus.
  • Be fearless, confident and open in your approach to daily life.

By day 28, you’ll feel stronger, breath deeper, stay calmer, feel more connected, infused with positive energy that will radiate out to those around you.
