Botannix Yoga offers a variety of yoga styles from gentle yin meditations and relaxation through to dynamic vinyasa sequencing. Students are encouraged to examine and honor their own limits while at the same time, being professionally guided to places of growth and expansion.

We take a holistic approach to wellness focusing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness, and emphasise a greater sense of happiness, purpose and connectedness as the ultimate goal of yoga. Believing that the ancient sacred practices of yoga can be of great benefit to all people, we offer a range of classes suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced practitioners.

Our staff and studio members help to create a warm and comfortable community, where everyone is welcome and differences are embraced.
