Join Amy in the Garden for an exploration into yoga basics
In this 6 week series, we will explore principles of movement to support your asana practice. Common cuing statements like “stack your joints” and “yield to the earth” will be addressed and explained with inquiries into your body through different focuses and mindfulness techniques.
This series is suitable for all levels and also new comers to our garden studio.
