In Beginners Level 2 you’ll build on the foundations developed in the Beginners Course. This Course is designed to bring together all the aspects that you learned in the Beginners Course, to build your confidence, strength and flexibility so that by the end of the 6 weeks, you will be ready to participate in most Yoga classes of your choice …. Our aim is to inspire you to stay on the path!
The classes are enjoyable and at the same time we will look to develop your skill and ability each week, the Yoga Poses may be adapted to suit most levels of ability and fitness; encouraging you to develop a regular yoga practice for long lasting benefits.
By the end of the six-week course you will:
- Have developed your strength and flexibility through yoga postures.
- Learn more about the integration of breath awareness in Yoga
- Examine the potential for a slightly more challenging practice
- Connect Mind-Body-Breath
- Explore greater levels of relaxation
