Beginners Course Teachers

Beginners Course – Winter 2017: June 15th – July 20th

The Beginners course is structured to introduce you to the concepts of yoga – the poses (asana), the breath practices (pranayama), as well as how to let go of some of those common mis-conceptions such as “I’m not flexible enough for yoga”and “I’ll start when I’m fitter”.

This course is ideal for those of you who are completely new to yoga, as well as those who would like to re-visit the basics and brush-up on the foundations.

Can’t make the Beginners Course? We have a number of regular classes that are suitable for people with limited yoga experience or wanting to ease back into your practice. Look for the Gentle Hatha, Yin Flow and YIN classes on the schedule.
